We begin to be clear that the best wines are not made with a test tube or in a laboratory, we have to know then that the ecological paradigm is overcome, now the best are beyond: in biodynamics and natural wines.
The term biodynamic viticulture may sound strange, but more and more winemakers use it. Wines made under its precepts are rich and different, and the best in the world are made under this precept, are they true or eccentric? We will try 5 different wines and explain the non-treatments that are used, which are sulphites and we will see which calendar day is better to try.
The wine tasting begins with a brief presentation of the sommelier and the subject of the tasting, natural, ecological and biodynamic agriculture in the world of wine, which differentiates them from classic agricultural wine and among them. Then five wines will be tested and the differences that cause the absence of sulphites and other chemicals.
The wine tasting includes all the wines of the varieties to be tested (five different wines) and a light dinner that takes place in the middle of the tasting.
The tasting takes place in our wine shop in Barcelona , at the Address: Av. Jaume I, 109, 08100 Mollet del Vallès, Barcelona. The wine tasting lasts approximately two hours and takes place on Thursday from 20:30.
