After decades of massive agricultural production, with standardized tastes and forms, interest in the so-called traditional varieties is reborn. We will recover the historical memory of some of the varieties that have been recovered in extremis, autochthonous, old, generous such as the sumoll (black and white), juan garcia, velasco ink, pietro picudo, morenillo, xarel·lo rojo ... and them We will pay tribute.
The wine tasting begins with a brief presentation of the sommelier and the theme of the tasting, the almost extinction of traditional varieties. In the second part the varieties are analyzed one by one and as the explanation progresses the different monovarietals of these varieties are tasted. Halfway through a break, a small light dinner is made while chatting and questions are answered in a fun and entertaining way, we continue with the tasting until we have reviewed the five monovarietal wines of recovered varieties. Once the tasting is finished, a second phase of questions, comments or doubts is made.
The wine tasting includes all the wines of the varieties to be tested (five different wines) and a light dinner that takes place in the middle of the tasting.
