Marta Violet is a young white wine, coupage of the Moscatel de Frontignon, Xarel-lo and Macabeo varieties. A fresh and floral wine with an outstanding presentation. Wine elaborated by the winemaker Ramón Canals from the winery Cava Canals Canals, belongs to the D.O. Penedés, contains 75cl and a graduation of 12% vol.

Marta Violet is a coupage of Moscatel de Frontignon (70%) and the native varieties of Penedés, Macabeo (15%) and Xarel-lo (15%).
The wines come from the D.O. Penedés, specifically the Moscatel de Frontignon comes from the Upper Penedés and the Xarel-lo and Macabeo from the Central Penedés.
The climate is Mediterranean, with an average annual rainfall of 465 l/m2. The vineyards are at altitudes between 315m and 100m. The soil type is loamyargilous with good permeability, water retention and poor organic matter.
The grape is pressed using a pneumatic press, selecting only the must flower. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks always at a controlled temperature of 15 to 18 ºC.
The base wine; Moscatel de Frontignon, Macabeo and Xarel-lo, rests for a short period of time before the winemaker Ramón Canals makes the final coupage and is bottled.
Recommended food pairing: Appetizers, fish rice, fresh salads, white fish.
Service temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
VISTA: Pale yellow, bright and clean.
NOSE: Fresh, with a marked floral character, where white flowers such as orange blossoms appear, citrus memories also appear.
BOCA: Good entry, with a silky and very tasty course. Balanced nose. Very good acidity and long finish leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
