Pepus was born in 2003 when Miquel Tapias, the current owner of Espinaler and the fourth generation of the Tapias family, decides to create a second brand of canned fish and seafood. The objective, with a different and striking packaging, is to reach where the custom of making vermouth is still not known.
OL120 CLAMS: Pepus clams are carefully marinated and processed. With a mild sea flavor, they are a must in any appetizer.
OL120 COCKLES: Pepus cockles are selected in the market at the ideal time of each season, in mid-July and until October. Subsequently, they are classified according to their size and packaged in bulk.
ESPINALER 92ML SAUCE: Ideal condiment to accompany all types of preserves and potatoes. The Espinaler family has produced the sauce with a family recipe, unique and exclusive since 1950, when Ventureta Roldós created it.
