Red vermouth with barrel step and bottle rest. It is made by Galician Original Drinks, also known for the production of Nordés gin. It is presented in a 75 cl bottle with 16% vol / alc. The Mencía grape base wine from the terraces located at the top of the Ribeira Sacra.
The wine alcohol comes from Mencía grapes from the terraces in the upper part of the Ribeira Sacra, this alcohol is infused with the cold maceration of plants, roots and flowers such as gentian, wormwood, laurel, salicornia and elder; for a month and then make the coupage with the wine. Nordesía Rojo is ready to rest in French oak barrels (chosen because they provide more subtle touches of torrados and wood) for four months before resting for another month in the bottle.

Aroma: Aromas characteristic of the Mencía grape, very fruity, notes of cherry, apple and spices appear that make it an appetizing drink.
