White vermouth with barrel step and bottle rest. It is made by Galician Original Drinks, known for the production of Nordés gin. It is presented in a 75 cl bottle with 16% vol / alc. The base wine comes from vineyards located on the granite slopes of Val do Ulla.
The vinous alcohol comes from Albariño grapes from the slopes of Val do Ulla, this alcohol is infused with the cold maceration of plants, roots and flowers (such as elderberry and laurel) for a month Then make the coupage with the wine. Nordesía White is ready to rest in French oak barrels (chosen because they provide more subtle touches of torrados and wood) for four months before resting for another month in the bottle.
Color: Pale yellow with greenish highlights.
Aroma: Characteristic aromas of the Albariño grape such as apple and peach in syrup combined with notes of orange peel and wormwood.
Taste: Ripe and balsamic citrus fruits appear, which bring freshness to an Atlantic saline bottom with a characteristic vermouth bitterness.
