WHITE CLAM OF THE GALICIAN RÍAS OL120 30 PIECES:The white clam is fished in the Ría de Arosa during the months of October, November and December. It is called "the queen" because of its texture and flavors. The best ones come from Santa Eugenia de Ribeira. Ingredients: Clams, water and salt.
COCKLES OF THE GALICIAN RÍAS OL120 35/45 PIECES: The cockles are collected in the Noya estuary and washed in seawater to remove sand. Once cleaned, they are cooked, sorted by size and packed by hand. Ingredients: Cockles (Cardiidae), water and salt.
