Cava Marta Passió Brut Reserva is a brut reserva rosé sparkling wine, made with the traditional coupage of Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada, adding a touch of Garnacha, to give it that delicate rosé tone. This Rosé Cava is made by Cava Canals Canals with a minimum ageing of 24 months, it belongs to the D.O. Cava, it contains 75cl and a graduation of 11.50%vol.

The Cava Marta Passió Rosado Brut Reserva is a blend of the native varieties of Penedés Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada with a small percentage of Garnacha to give it a pink tone.
The wines come from the D.O. Cava, specifically the Parellada comes from the Upper Penedès and the Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Garnacha from the Central Penedès.
The climate is Mediterranean, with an average annual pulviometry of 465 l/m2. The vineyards are at heights of 315 m (Parellada), 250 m (Macabeo and Garnacha) and 110 m (Xarel-lo). The type of soil is loam-argilous with good permeability, water retention and poor in organic matter.
Production of 7,000 bottles.
The grape is pressed using a pneumatic press, selecting only the must flower. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks always at a controlled temperature.
Recommended accompaniment: Appetizers , fish rice , fish, oysters and shellfish.
Service temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC.
Alcohol: 11.50% vol.
VISTA: Pale pink, bubble with slow and fine release.
BOCA: Balanced, tasty and with a long creamy aftertaste, well integrated carbonic.
