Bertha Max Brut Nature Gran Reserva 75cl 12%vol. is a sparkling wine with a coupage differentiated both from the rest of the Bertha portfolio and from cava in general. In this expression, Josep Torres uses 10% pinot noir vinified in white, 40% chardonnay fermented in French oak for 6 months, 30% Xarel-lo and 20% Macabeo. Added to an ageing of more than 36 months, Bertha obtains in this expression a cava with very characteristic notes; Butter, toasts, pastries and baked apple.
