Cava Marta Joia Brut Ecological Reserve is a brut reserva sparkling wine, made with the traditional coupage of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. All the grapes come from 100% certified organic vineyards. This Cava is made by Cava Canals Canals with a minimum ageing of 24 months, it belongs to the DO. Cava, contains 75cl and a graduation of 11.5º vol.

Cava Marta Joia Brut Ecological Reserve 2014 is a coupage of the native varieties of Penedés Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada.
The wines come from, specifically the Parellada comes from the Upper Penedès and the Xarel-lo and Macabeo from the Central Penedès.
The climate is Mediterranean, with an average annual rainfall of 465 l/m2. The vineyards are at altitudes of 315m (Parellada), 250m (Macabeo) and 110m (Xarel-lo). The type of soil is franc-argillose with good permeability, water retention and poor in organic matter
Production of 8,000 bottles.
The first grape that is manually verema is Macabeo, at the beginning of September, the following ones, at the end of September the Xarel-lo and finally the Parellada is verema at the beginning of October.
The grape is pressed using a pneumatic press, selecting only the must flower. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks always at a controlled temperature.
The base wine; Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada is bottled the first week of February, the fermentation temperature is 15 - 18 ºC. Aging is carried out for more than 24 months.
Recommended food pairing: Appetizers, fish, rice, oysters and shellfish.
Service temperature: 6ºC - 8ºC, in flute cup.
Alcohol: 11.50% vol.
VISTA: Pale yellow, bubble with slow and fine release.
BOCA: Balanced, tasty and with a long creamy aftertaste, well integrated carbonic.
