The G'Vine gin is a premium gin distilled in France with Ugni Blanc grapes from the cognac region, a floral gin with a 40 alc./vol. fresh and floral, soft and round, G'Vine Floraison evokes the essence of spring when the flowers of grapes bloom.
G'Vine gin is distilled with 10 botanicals using a recipe completely different from that used by most gins. Jean-Sébastien Robicquete, master distiller of the Maison Villevert distillery in the region of Cognac, France, decided to break the rules established in the elaboration of gin to create a gin of an extremely soft and complex palate. G'Vine instead of using a base of alcohol of cereal, uses a base of grape, later the Ugni Blanc grape flower, macerated by hand in June, macerated in a copper still of perfumery, with the nickname of Florentine and to finish, the rest of the botanists are introduced in a traditional copper still called Lily Fleur to make the last distillation.
As a result of this peculiar process of elaboration, there emerges a gin with a floral character, soft and extremely elegant. Very fresh and light, with a sweet touch on the palate.
The G'vine Floraison gin uses ten botanists: Ugni Blanc grape, as the base element of the distillate, Ugni Blanc grape flower, juniper, green cardamom, licorice, coriander, quassia amara, ginger, cubeba, lime and nutmeg .
