The gin, infused with Riesling grape of late harvest, is full and intense, with an outstanding nose with floral and fruity notes.
The Ferdinand's Saar gin is born from the collaboration between two producers of traditional style, descendants of several generations of winemakers from the Saarland region. Besides being friends, both shared the desire to create a gin that would reflect the character of the wine region of the Saarland, using only a selection of the best products of the region.
Ferdinand's uses a composition of more than thirty botanists from the Saarland area, including the infusion of Riesling grapes from the Zilliken vineyards, harvested by hand in the great Saarburger Rausch wine area. Some of the botanists we found are; thyme, rosehip and blackthorn.
