As we already guessed from your bottle, Jinzu gin 70cl 41.3% vol. has a strong Japanese influence, in the botanical classics of the London Dry Gin we find yuzu, a Japanese citrus and cherry blossoms. To finish it is combined with Sake Junmai of high quality. The result is a soft and silky gin with its own and different character.
The gin was conceived by a young British bartender of 24 years, Dee Davis, winner of the 'Diaego's Show Your Spirit Competition' contest organized by Diaego (Diaego is one of the largest spirits companies of the world, among which we find well-known brands such as Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, J & B, Cuervo ...).
Dee Davis's idea was to merge something as British as gin and something as Japanese as Sake. The result speaks for itself, in addition to combining gin and sake, it also manages to pairing botanists like juniper and cilantro with yuzu and cherry blossom in an exceptional way.
In the London Dry Gin botanical classics such as juniper, angelica and coriander distilled in an alcoholic base, the Yuzu, a Japanese citrus and the cherry blossom are infused. The final result is mixed with Sake Junmai of high quality to provide creaminess and softness to the palate.
