Gin Sikkim Privée 70cl 40% vol Distilled gin is the fusion of English and Indian cultures, on the one hand with gin and on the other with tea. Sikkim gin is distilled in copper stills dating from 1831. It is made with Dutch juniper, red tea, floral essences and other botanicals that give it a floral and herbaceous aroma.
The red tea with which Sikkim Privée is made comes from Tibet, specifically from Sikkim, a state, the least populated of India, bordering Nepal and Tibet, famous for being part of one of the main export routes for China.
The gin is distilled in copper stills dating from 1831, as main botanists we find the Dutch juniper, iris, calamus, bitter orange peel and red tea from Tibet.
