King of Soho 70cl gin 42% vol. It is an authentic London Dry Gin distilled four times in the heart of London by the eleventh generation of a family dedicated to distillation. Prepared by Howard Raymond in honor of his father Paul, the 'King of Soho', the gin uses twelve botanicals in a neutral grain distillate, highlighting juniper, coriander and a high presence of citrus.
The King of Soho gin is inspired by Paul Raymond, a very charismatic man linked to the nightlife in Soho in the West End of London. A controversial figure in the history of London, provider of creativity, music, art, modern culture and liberations that helped to revolutionize the Soho neighborhood to make it one of the epicenters of London's culture, art and music.
King of Soho gin is made by hand, distilled four times in the heart of London by Thames Distillers, a family with a long tradition of master distillers, uses twelve botanists; Juniper, cilantro, citrus, (grapefruit skin to a large extent), angelica and cassia.
The final result is a gin with character, where notes of juniper, pine and coriander stand out in the nose and on the palate highlight the citrus notes in a spicy background.
