Cair Cuvée 75cl 14%vol. is a red wine made by Dominio de Cair, a project of the oenologist Luis Cañas, in Moradillo de Roa, Ribera del Duero. Cair Cuvée uses Tempranillo accompanied by Merlot, both from Cair's plot, located at 950m above sea level and with vineyards more than 25 years old. The wine matures in American and French oak for 9 months before resting in the bottle for another 6 months.

This wine from the Ribera del Duero appellation uses the tempranillo grape in a proportion of 85% and the Merlot grape in 15%, the vineyards are located at an average altitude of 950 meters in the town of Moradillo de Roa.
The vineyards have an age of 20 to 25 years and a yield of 4,500 kilograms per hectare. Harvesting is done in plastic boxes, the grapes are hand picked in bunches and then in grains.
