San Román 2016

Reference of the denomination of origin Toro, San Román 2016 75cl 14.5%vol. is the project in Pedrosa del Rey of Mariano García, oenologist of reference thanks to his revered work in Ribera del Duero in the cellar Vega Sicilia. The bull's ink ages for 24 months in French and American oak barrels, resulting in a very expressive wine, with balsamic and graphite notes on the nose and a broad, succulent and persistent palate.
