The winery is located in the municipality of Manzaneda, province of Orense. Acogida to the Denomination of Origin Ribeira Sacra. Lalama is elaborated by Sara Pérez and Rene Barbier, legacies of a recognized wine family of the Priorato.
The vineyards are located on steep slopes at an altitude between 320 and 900 metres above sea level. They cover an area of 23 hectares and are aged between 15 and 100 years. The predominant climate is the Atlantic.
The majority of the wine has been made from the Mencía grape, accompanied by other varieties such as Brancellao, Mouratón, Sousón and Garnacha. The harvest is done by hand and deposited in boxes. Aging in French oak barrels for 13 months.
It is a wine that we recommend pairing with grilled meats, rice dishes, mushrooms, skewers, grilled vegetables and gutters. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.

Nose: Raspberry aroma, gooseberries, balsamic and mineral touch.
Mouth: Easy, friendly, polished and fresh.
Final: Fresh.
