The estate consists of 1,000 hectares of which 210 ha. are reserved for vineyards, where they are located 700 meters above sea level. 70 of these hectares have been set aside for the production of this wine. The grapes used were mostly Tempranillo accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes are harvested manually, selecting the best bunches, and once in the cellar, the bunches are destemmed. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 72 months and then 36 months in the bottle.
