Beefeater Burrough's Reserve is an unusual and hard to find gin, a gin focused on those looking for something different. In addition to using a different alembic than the one usually used, in gin we will find a barrel aging of 278 liters in Bordeaux wine barrels that will give it a coppery tone and complexity in the mouth.
The botanists we find in Beefeater Burrough's Reserve are the same as those found in the traditional Beefeater, seed and angelica root, licorice, orris, orange peel, almond, coriander, lemon peel and juniper.
Made in a traditional copper still called Number 12 used by James Burrough, founder of the company, and aged in Bordeaux oak barrels.
