As a tribute to the wine roots of the 209 distillery they decide to age No. 209 Gin in used wine barrels from the sister winery Rudd Oakville Estate in Napa Valley as an experiment in 2013. French oak barrels were selected as a Once he hosted Cabernet Sauvignon and began the aging of the gin.
