A Gin Suntory Roku Gin 70cl 43% vol., Roku refers to the six botanicals exclusive to the Japanese country that uses, in addition to the classics such as juniper, cilantro, lemon peel, and so on. The exclusively Japanese botanists we find are; flower and leaf of sakura, tea gyokuro, pepper sansho and yuzu.
A Gin Nikka Coffey Gin 70cl 47% vol., a gin distilled from maize and malt by the renowned Nikka group, one of the best valued Japanese whiskey makers in the world. As its name suggests, one of the peculiarities of gin is that it is distilled in a coffey still, normally used to distill grain whiskey. To produce the distillate, citrus fruits such as yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu and shikuwasa are used along with sansho pepper and other more classic botanicals such as apple, juniper, angelica and cilantro.
