Gourmet gift presented in a white wooden box with black serigraphs. In this select gift we find, as the main element and elaborated by Quesería 1605, three 250gr wedges of Manchego cheese, an internationally recognized cheese and awarded two gold medals and one silver at the World Cheese Awards 2017. Made with raw sheep's milk from Manchega's own farm, the cheeses are cured for four, seven and ten months respectively.
Ideas for pairing with Manchego cheeses, we found toasts with olive oil, figs and honey 125gr made by The Cheese Company. In addition to a special knife for cheeses, Foie duck Mas Parés 130gr, three envelopes of 100gr with Iberian sausage of Guijuelo acorn; Chorizo, Lomo and Paleta made by Delagón, a box of Cudié Mediterranean Tiles chocolates of eighteen pieces and two cans of preserves from the Galician Rías; cockles and mussels in pickled sauce.
To finish paired this great gourmet gift, we have selected a sparkling wine and a red wine; On the one hand, the cava Gramona Imperial Brut Gran Reserva 75cl 12%vol., a sparkling wine made using the traditional method "champenoise" with the varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Chardonnay that goes through an aging of 60 months.
And on the other hand, Boig per tu 75cl 14%vol., an organic red wine named after a song by the singer Pep Sala, with the intention of creating a link between music and wine. Elaborated in the south of the Denomination of Origin Qualified Priorat, to 450 meters of height, with a coupage of Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena.
