The Peinado distillery, located in Ciudad Real and with more than two centuries of history, produces its brandies from wine spirits obtained from airén grapes, which are subsequently distilled in copper tars heated by direct fire using oak wood. Aged by the system of hatcheries and soleras, the Peinado 100 Years 70cl 40% brandy, is the expression of the most complex and expressive distillery, with memories of nuts, plums, honey and licorice with sweet tones.
