The Koval Distillery was founded in 2008 in Chicago, making it the first legal distillery in Chicago after the ban. The name Koval means both "Blacksmith" and "Black Sheep", defining a person who advances and does things differently and out of the ordinary, and that is that Koval, elaborates all its distillates in small batches, the whole process is carried out in the same distillery, all the barrels that Minnesota oak uses are new and only 113 liters, all the raw material comes from farms near the distillery with ecological certification and non-GMO (genetically modified) and is one of the few distilleries that makes kosher whiskey.
Koval is an independent distillery, owned by a single family that, thanks to a different way of working and the quality of its products, is considered one of the ten micro-distilleries in the United States, collecting important awards international with both your gin and your whiskeys.
